My first weigh in.... 194 pounds from my home scale.... no idea how accurate this is. I will weigh in only once a month, no more often than that.
For breakfast I consumed a nutrigrain bar...
For lunch I will eat an artichoke....
Not sure what I am going to eat for dinner since I have to go to bed soon.... did I mention that I work overnight so my meals/ sleeping schedules are completely out of wack?

What about something with rice? Rice is supposed to be really healthy and very filling.
ReplyDeleteI heard that berries, whole grains, nuts, and protein will help speed up your metabolism... I watched it on the Tyra show when a nutritionist was on there.
ReplyDeleteM- White rice is bad for you. Only brown rice is good for you.
ReplyDeleteAnd yes D this is true- but nuts screw my stomach up. :( I think I saw the same show!
