June 2, 2010 first weigh in

My first weigh in.... 194 pounds from my home scale.... no idea how accurate this is. I will weigh in only once a month, no more often than that.

For breakfast I consumed a nutrigrain bar...

For lunch I will eat an artichoke....

Not sure what I am going to eat for dinner since I have to go to bed soon.... did I mention that I work overnight so my meals/ sleeping schedules are completely out of wack?

  1. What about something with rice? Rice is supposed to be really healthy and very filling.

  2. I heard that berries, whole grains, nuts, and protein will help speed up your metabolism... I watched it on the Tyra show when a nutritionist was on there.

  3. M- White rice is bad for you. Only brown rice is good for you.

    And yes D this is true- but nuts screw my stomach up. :( I think I saw the same show!
